Ted Newlin has been photographing professionally since 1989.  Prior 
to that his first love in photography was scenic and nature but now he
enjoys the satisfaction of working with people to create images that 
his clients treasure.

In 1994, Ted was awarded the "Certified Professional Photographer"
status from the Professional Photographers of America (PPA).   

He received training at numerous professional photography schools in
Oklahoma, Texas, Kansas, California, Washington, Nevada, Mississippi 
and Maine.

 In 2004, the Professional Photographers of America awarded Ted the
“Photographic Craftsman” degree in recognition of his service to the
photographic profession as an orator, author and mentor.

 In 2006, PPA endorsed Ted as a “Certified Specialist” in the areas of
Children, Senior and Family portraiture.

The Indian Nations Professional Photographers Associoation (INPPA)
named Ted "Photographer of the Year" for two different years.   He has
received the First Place Trophy for Best Wedding Album in the State of 
Oklahoma 3 years in a row.  Twice he was awarded the Fuji Masterpiece
Award for Photographic Excellence.  Other awards range from Distingu-
ished ribbons to National Merit Print awards for his photographic work.

  Ted is a Past President of INPPA and the Professional Photographers of
Oklahoma.  He has received the Fellowship degree from the PPO for service.

 Ted has instructed other professionals at the Oklahoma School of Profess-
ional Photography and has taught national “Super Monday” events for Pro-
fessional Photographers of America.  In addition, Ted has taught photo-
graphy at the High School, Career Tech and University level.

  So what does all this mean to you?  
To some of you, probably not a whole lot.  We have listed this 
information for those who like to see credentials.

The bottom line is this . . .  Ted Newlin is a professional
who cares about his clients, who listens to what they want, who 
creates portraits they love and will cherish for a lifetime.
